1. Swiss Machining

Our Citizen Turning Centers operate five cutting axes and high precision capabilities of +/- 0.0002"(5 microns). The machines will accommodate bar diameters from .0625" to 1.250". Each one of our Swiss Turning Centers is equipped with IEMCA automatic magazine bar feeds for high-volume output. Our centers regularly machine all grades of steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminum, and can machine round, hex and square bar stock.

Our Swiss Turning Centers are full servo systems, which have high capabilities in repeatable part turning. In addition to standard simultaneous machining, we are pleased to offer a wide range of turning, milling, milling interpolation, cross drilling, deep drilling, ID/OD threading, slotting, knurling, broaching and boring services. Our Swiss machines utilize gang tools equipped with "live" tooling. This innovative technology provides excellent machining for your final part.
