Our high-output Davenport screw machines are available for machining high-volume parts with tolerances in the +/- 0.002" range. Bar diameters of 0.0625" to 0.875" may be used. Typical metals machined are most grades of steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminum. These multi-spindle screw machines offer high production capabilities with unbeatable reliability. The short cycle times of these multi-spindle machines translates directly into a low cost parts.
