High Speed Stamping

Our Bruderer high-speed press is capable of over 1,000 strokes per minute and has produced millions of parts for the electronics and automotive industries. The Bruderer is a straight-side press and is renowned for excellent, reliable part formation.

The Bruderer press has a maximum tonnage of 30 with maximum material width of 7.875". It can handle normal piece stamped parts, as well as reel-to-reel parts. High-speed stamping is an easy, economic option when you need faster production of small parts. And, since we use high-precision, progressive dies, there are no hidden costs for maintenance or upkeep.

Carter Precision Components also offers traditional stamping, for thicker material, with presses ranging from 10 to 160 tons.
