We produce mechanical components for the automotive, time recorder, medical, hand tools, heavy industry, and lawn care industries. Our parent company, AB Carter, Inc. has been a parts producer since 1922. The company has grown with American industry since its inception, and has been ISO 9001 certified since 1996. Our top-of-the-line Swiss Turning Centers provide a wide range of turning, milling, drilling, threading, slotting, and boring services.

Our Bruderer high-speed press provides excellent high-speed formation.

Our tool and die facility can design, build and maintain all types of stamping dies.

The comprehensive secondary operations set includes grinding, drilling, tapping, sawing and milling services.

We have a well-equipped stamping facility with high-speed stamping, reel-to-reel operations, with progressive and single station dies.

Our CNC department has extremely quick turnaround for precise, short-run components.

We use Swiss-type high production/close tolerance machines in our turning centers, equipped with "live" tooling stations.

The milling centers at our facility include both Mazak and Leadwell centers, both fully equipped for high-quality production.

Our Mori Seki, Miyano and Puma Turning centers operate on both two and three axes, to provide excellent close tolerance work.

Carter Precision Components has an unparalleled reputation for producing parts to exact specifications. We can provide detailed technical data as needed by PPAPs and first article inspection requirements.
